City View is a development of United Resource Development Group. We have works with URDG for more than a decade. One of their latest projects is a mixed use development in Downtown Overland Park, Kansas. The developer owns a vacant parcel of land just west of a commercial building they currently own. In addition the City is offering an adjacent paved parking area to the developer if the new structure provides for additional public parking. Working with the city and their Form Based Building Code for Downtown Overland Park, we designed this 5 story structure with below grade parking, grade level retail space and 4 stories of apartments above. The bottom three levels would have a masonry veneer and fiber cement or stucco for the upper two floors. There would also be a roof time club house with fitness center and outdoor roof deck for the apartment tenants.
