What are Lender Review Services?
Lender Review Services offer a third-party review of the construction progress and analysis of the progress with the requested funds from the Pay Application to ensure that the work completed as certified by the project architect is accurate and that the quality of work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Along with our report (to coincide with the Pay Application schedule), we will include a report and photos of the work completed as well as point out any item(s) that do not comply with the intent of the drawings or specifications. Our reports will be tailored to meet the requirements of both the Owner and the requesting financial institution.

＋ Review of drawings and specifications prior to construction start.

＋ Job site visits (at agreed intervals) – generally on a monthly basis.
