With offices in Kansas City, Missouri and Houston, Texas, we hold professional licenses in 10 states: Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, South Carolina, New York, and Texas. Our team specializes in multifamily housing, mixed-use development, adaptive reuse, senior housing, restaurants, breweries, showrooms, offices, and custom homes. We serve developers, property owners, and lenders from feasibility study through construction administration.
