As Director of Construction Management, Ryan is a driving force behind the construction management projects at B+A. With over two decades of experience in the construction field, he has played a pivotal role in leading and steering prominent projects to success. His people-centered approach has enabled him to lead construction crews and transform projects such as the complete renovation of the historic 909 Walnut Building, the upscale Park Place overlooking downtown, the final renovation of the KCI Terminals, and complete top to bottom remodels of the Hyatt at Crown Center and Marriott Downtown.

Also, Ryan oversaw remarkable ventures, including the reconstruction of Joplin's schools after a destructive tornado, projects at Arrowhead and Kaufman Stadiums, the historic remodel of the Savoy Hotel into 21C, and community-enhancing projects at the Kansas City Zoo and healthcare facilities.
