Midtown Plaza Apartments Phase 3&4 is a new multifamily construction project comprising 202 apartment units and 227 parking spaces. This project is located within the city block bordered by Washington St, W 34th St, Pennsylvania St., and W 34th Terrace. The project includes two buildings interconnected by a pedestrian bridge. The first building is a three-story structure fronting Pennsylvania St. At the same time, the second is a five-story building facing Washington St., including four levels of wood structure over a concrete podium parking garage. This phase 3&4 project is part of the Midtown Plaza Urban Redevelopment plan, which has phase 1 completed and fully occupied.
