West Plaza Flats is a co-housing and studios project located near the Country Club Plaza area in Kansas City, Missouri. The building has 5 stories above a concrete podium and includes 102 apartment units providing housing to 350 people. The North End of the project will be a commercial space and also incorporate amenity spaces for residents.
